Australia Reverse Phone Lookup

This number calls every few days, numerous times throughout the day. They NEVER leave messages and when you answer, the person on the other end claims to be calling about a US Grant. They speak very little English and will continue to call and harass you even after you have requested not to be called ever again. I have attempted to call the number back in an attempt to find out the company name and file a formal complaint but when you call the number back, it does not go through. Furthermore, the person on the other end never really has much to say. In fact the gentleman that called me couldn't say more than 3 words in English and instead sat and listened to me rant. Seems like a scam. They also call from unknown numbers, so, beware!!
