This is Accor trying to sell membership deals for hotel accommodation. These people bugged me endlessly a few years ago and have just started trying again. Do not answer this number. If they catch you unawares, let them know in no uncertain terms that you wish to be removed from whatever list they have your number on, and consider complaining to Consumer Affairs and the Telecommunications Ombudsman.
