I got a similar text from a different number, and later I was called by this number (0879997441), and it went silent for a few seconds (nobody talked) and then disconnected after a said "Hello" several times. I guess this number is verifying other peoples's numbers/names to complete their identity database.

This id # come up as a missed call, but message stated to ring 1300 663 408 urgently before 8pm with a reference number, no id or reason why
