I'm having the same problem. You can easily block them on the iPhone by clicking the (i) symbol and then block. With android phones, MrNumber is a great app for blocking numbers.
When I call back it is a mailbox "2471" and their mailbox is full. I have never answered a call from them as I dont know the numbers. I have several other numbers from the same 2471 mailbox I recommend you block. Hopefully others will list numbers which belong to this spammer.

My guess is that now that people know how to block numbers so easily spammers need to use several different numbers to get past these blocks. With sites like this listing their numbers for everyone to see, we will quickly learn all their numbers and block them all.

They called today and I am getting sick of these calls. Thats three in 24 hours. The other number harassing me is 0280147673

Got a call from this number in a meeting and had to hangup. No message left and when I called back I suspect from the VM it may be telemarketers. I was unable to leave a message as it says something like their messagebank is full.

they call a couple times a day, hang up when i answer or don't leave a message when i don't. I call back get a generic message and the i get cut off.

They harrass me with phonecalls and refuse to take me off their call list
