Greg, So what you are saying: If someone is tortured into a confession, we should accept the confession, and only then prosecute the police for torture?Of course you will say you are only talking about filmed footgge(thouah that is not obvious from your wording), but it is the first step down a slippery slope. We either protect ALL rights or none at all.

I am receiving multiple phone calls a week on my mobile from number 07 3040 1385 and when I answer they hang up. When I dial the number back a voice recording advises this number belongs to a not-for-profit charity and they are excempt from the Do Not Call Register. Frustrating!! Thankfully iPhone's have a block caller function which I will be turning on, but this is ridiculous that a not-for-profit can be excluded from the Do Not Call Register when they conduct their business in this manner.
