This phone number appears on my bills as if I txt message this number from my handset and it described as Optus SMS. this phone number is unknown to me, someone hacked my phone number's account.

Optus ,,,,, check your IT personnel who has high security access on their database account and abusing the system by using customer account anytime and pass the login information and password to their friends and relatives for free usage.
