I have been charged twice for goods I did not order nor did I give written permission to charge and send goods to me . Currently I have been charged a total of $185.25 as far as I was concerned I agreed to pay postage on a sample from Xcel Nutra.
I wonder if this a criminal offence. I consider it theft from my savings account
