Australia Reverse Phone Lookup

The calls come from an Indian Telemarketing company which are diverted via a number of Australian numbers to make it look like a legit phone call.

You can report them to the government complaints web site www.donotcall.gov.au

Their agency in Australia is Freedom Insurance (www.freedominsurance.com.au) their phone number is 1300 884 488. I called twice. The first time a guy answered who hung up on me. The second time a lady answered who took my phone number and I haven't had a call since. I suggest as many people as possible call them and give them a hard time so they might get the message and stop this stupid crap. I told them no one is going to buy their product anyway because everyone is sick of their calls.

I also spoke to Steve at OTPL and managed to find out they are calling on behalf of Letsinsure in Sydney. I would suggest everyone call Letsinsure on 1300 499 499 and tell them what you think about them using dodgy call centres in India to randomly make sales calls to unlisted mobile numbers. I have.

was immediately responded with marketing speech about funerals and life insurance

Seriously weird and frustrating...answered my phone only to be hung up on - thank god for this site or my imagination might have run wild - when I rang the number back it was engaged

Spoke to somebody and said he was from 24/7 about life insurance and funeral plans.

I called the number back and said he was from otpl. Found out that the 24/7 makes the calls. For people who call back, otpl receives the calls.

If you do receive a call, ask for the supervisor Steve from otpl.

I called the number back and tried to speak to Steve about this, and got some basic information, then he hung up on me.

Received 3 calls in a week. So I put my number on private and called them. They are in India, the guy tried to sell me funeral insurance.

Same as all the others, started to get missed calls, no message left, did a phone area search on 03 ,search found all the other complaints relating to the same number, these people need to get a life!!

They call 6 times a day

Calling once each day over the past two days... answered and they hung up right away, I called the number and it was engaged????

03 8518 4805 rang said they were from 24/7 (?) whatever the hell that is (?) young girl sounded sus. She had a landline number also that I got her to read out. Don't trust ANYONE these days. Familiarity breeds contempt.

at least 3 phone calls everyday on mobile & work phone. I answered one of these calls a couple of weeks ago & asked them to remove me from whatever list they have me on !!!

Constant call through out the day. When I called the number back it went to some weird digital music.

also received constant calls both morning and night wont leave message one time answered it hung up returned call and it was constantly engaged they need kick in the arse...
